Working with AI
Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Codex read AGENTS.md on their own, so they know the site’s structure, commands and conventions without being told again.
What AI reads
Open the template’s folder in Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Codex. These tools read AGENTS.md on their own (Claude Code through CLAUDE.md, which only points to AGENTS.md). It says what the site holds, which command does what, how a section is written and which conventions to keep.
Besides AGENTS.md, AI reads CONTEXT.md (the current state and open questions) and PRODUCT.md (the business behind the site) when it writes content.
Example requests
- “Add an Offers page like the Services page, in Vietnamese and English, and add it to the menu.”
- “Change the accent colour to green and check the contrast again.”
- “Update FEATURES.md and CONTEXT.md for the change you just made.”
Tip
Mention both languages when you ask for a new page or new text: every page has one file in vi/ and one with the same name in en/.
Check what AI changed
Ask the AI to run the checks, or run them yourself:
pnpm test
pnpm check
pnpm contrast # after a colour changeAfter a build, pnpm zero-js, pnpm nul-bytes, pnpm preview-parity and pnpm seo-check must pass, and no page may show the words “object Object” in square brackets.
Warning
Rich text in content/ must be a markdown string. If AI writes an object there, the page prints the words “object Object” in square brackets.
Keep the docs true to the code
Whenever a feature is added or removed, have the AI update FEATURES.md and CONTEXT.md in the same commit, and record new images or fonts in CREDITS.md.
